Uhhhh, there is this obsession by some people with playing warrior and trying to make something their not.
In layman's terms: You want heals? Get a monk in your team.
Warriors call targets, do damage and hold the agro in general PvE.
So here is a few links for you - gogogo read, take notes if you need.
1) Guild Wiki.
2) Basic warrior guide for newbies.
3) Guru Warrior guide.

And finally 4) PvX Wiki - look at the Warrior builds, notice nearly Warrior builds are Warrior/[any] *btw, they fail also, so don't worry.*

Monk
Warriors can’t remove conditions or hexes, and Monks can. This combo can work well. Likewise, you can run Mending and Healing Breeze and be completely useless. The thing you must remember with this combo is that the condition and hex removal is to remove hindrances to you, not to run around and try to make friends with everyone by trying to be a Monk.
The thing with W/Mo, however, is that it mostly makes up for what the Monk should be doing. Just like it's your job to be smashing stuff, it's the Monks job to be clearing the crap off you. Unless you're stuck with the Prophecies henchmen (where the Monks don't have either hex or condition removal), I wouldn't slot any of these skills myself.

Just take one of the Sticky's builds. Ignore any W/E build, and you're done.

There are builds. If you are too lazy to read what Picuso gave you, I'll be lazy and won't give you the answers right away. Because you will learn nothing.
Give someone a fish, solve his problem for a day. Teach him to catch a fish, solve his problem for his whole life.

Try that for starters. If it doesn't work, read the sticky.
